There is a back room we refer to as the bat cave. There are no windows and the access is through the washroom. We added a few feet to make the room bigger after the initial cement pour.
I spent Saturday afternoon water proofing the back porch, Very sticky business.

Wow-you guys have made a TON of progress! Your house is looking great and the view looks gorgeous!!! I'm so excited for you! Maybe when you're all finished I will come and visit ;)
